The Dive is a celebration of the artist’s love for bodies of water, evident in many of her more recent works through her use of texture and colour. Symbolising the dive into one’s own unconscious, this work is a metaphor for the origin of all possibilities.

The Dive is one of Karolina’s more recent sculptures and an experimentation into what she calls “moving sculptures.” By using PLA filament, the artist is able to transform the solidity of a sculpture into a series of mobile fragments, unified only when hung together.
